How do I know if Dubsado is right for me?
Having worked across a range of service-based industries, I’m yet to find one that hasn’t found Dubsado to be the figurative ‘solution to their problem’ that they were looking for, nonetheless, by filling out the enquiry form, I’ll arrange a call with you, and we can discuss whether Dubsado is, in fact, the right tech for you. I do also have experience with other platforms, so I’m definitely the right person to ask.
Does the Dubsado Setup and Support service include a Dubsado strategy?
Yassss! Creating your own unique Dubsado strategy is the foundational piece of this service. Everything we create will flow from first getting super clear on the strategy and ensuring we’ve considered all the unique things about how you’d like to see your business supporting both your life and work-related goals. However, if you’re just looking for strategy without the setup support, you can check out my Dubsado Workflow Strategy service here.
Do you provide content for Dubsado setup?
Content creation and copywriting are not included in the Dubsado Setup and Support service, I do make it easy for you to know what content is needed though, so you have the option to supply that and have me then set it all up for you. Or, if you need help with copywriting, you do have the option to request a quote.
How much time do I need to commit? And how long does the Dubsado Setup process take?
I usually advise business owners to be willing to commit 5-10 hrs to see this project through with the best collaborative results. The quicker you get your parts across to me, the quicker I can move through each phase with no hold-ups. On average, these kinds of projects take around four weeks; however, it does depend on the structure of your service and how many workflows we’re setting up.
Is the Dubsado subscription fee included? And do you have any affiliate discounts?
No, the cost does not include your Dubsado subscription, which will need to be set up with direct debit. But if you use this link here, you can get a 30% discount on your first year or month with Dubsado.
Do you teach me how to use Dubsado?
This service isn’t Dubsado training, but I do give you all the resources to learn yourself, and you get a fully finished product with step-by-step videos showing you how to use it all. I teach you how to use YOUR workflows, not how to use Dubsado in general. If you’re looking for Dubsado 101, they have excellent training on the basics that you can access for free

Right about now, your final balance will be due. Upon payment, you’ll get recorded videos of all your workflows and overall Dubsado account to know how it works.
I’ll also give you a next-steps checklist plus 30 days support to answer any questions you have along the way.
Also included are two 30-minute integration sessions where we go over things like adding forms to your website, integrating your calendar etc. You really do get all you need to succeed.
IT'S OVER TO YOU
Once you provide the content we have mapped out in our strategy session, I then make/ build out your workflows, emails, forms, proposals, contracts etc.
I start the build with the content you provide and then test it to make sure it all makes sense and flows seamlessly. If anything comes up, we have a call together to finish everything off.
At the end of the day, you’ll get a recorded video showing you what’s done and how it works. Anything outstanding will be quoted at my VIP rates.

This is your 2-hour strategy session with me. In this session, we go through each area of your business, what automations will need to be included and deep dive into your current processes and how to make them better (I know… sigh of relief, right?)
